NICK & SHAWN
THE TEAM

Nick and Shawn Donohoe are both from the Napa Valley. They grew up surrounded by vineyards, horses, and some of the finest food and wine in the world.
Nick studied economics, finance, and philosophy at St. Mary’s College. Shawn received her degree in communications and marketing. Falling in love with their family ranches in Gilroy and Santa Barbara, they began their successful careers in real estate by selling Bay Area equestrian estates.
Nick and Shawn now live in Los Angeles with their four beautiful children Blair, Royce, Axel, and Bianca. Together they enjoy tennis, golf, horseback riding, Malibu beaches, cooking, and cinematic music (shout out to Danny Elfman, John Powell, and Hans Zimmer).
Their success as Los Angeles’s top real estate team is due to their exceptional integrity, negotiation expertise, and cutting-edge marketing strategies. They have represented Los Angeles’ top corporate executives, lawyers, entrepreneurs, actors, and entertainers.
Nick and Shawn love working as Los Angeles real estate brokers and helping their clients build wealth through real estate. Clients appreciate their thoughtful, full-service approach and genuinely become part of the family.
FROM OUR CLIENTS
My wife and I have engaged the Donohoes to sell three homes and buy two. When we have been buyers, Shawn and Nick were knowledgeable and tireless: that is, knowledgeable about the value of homes in different locations, and tirelessly willing to show as many homes as we wanted to see. In selling our homes, the Donohoes were exceptionally helpful in taking care of the repairs or upgrades or staging that maximized the value of the home. For the busy seller—or for anyone who simply wants help with the burden of getting a house ready to sell—Shawn and Nick are the agents to go see. They can suggest contractors and vendors and will even oversee the work.
In a word, Shawn and Nick provide “concierge” service. They provide such personal, professional service to meet the needs of their customers that you have the feeling that you are their only customer.
